My house hold things are not yet delivered through Agarwal Express. From Chennai to Bangalore they are taking more than 10 days. Also, the agawal guy (Sharma) is constantly lying that the goods has reached Bangalore and its in the godown waiting for another delivery vehicle… Finally he manipulated and told the driver has left the goods to another lorry driver and its still in Chennai.. Now a lorry agent (calls himself SRT Raju) of SR Transport is calling and telling its all his fault.. and he told it will be delivered in 24 hrs.. Now its 3 days and still not delivered. Where should I go and file a complaint ? Its time we banish all these kind of companies. The customer service is very bad and no action is taken, they say its chennai devision and asking me to call Chennai cust service, , who is Mr Sharma himself.
