Description

I booked household goods vide Consignment no-683722 dated-07/07/2011 with AGARWAL PACKERS & MOVERS LTD, EAST DELHI AREA OFFICE, for shifting from DELHI to KOLKATA, but on 13/07/2011 part items were delivered and the company did not deliver 3 packets vide sl no 13, 36 & 37 having recorded Insured value of Rs 16000/= as against total Insured value of Rs 100000/= for 39 packets and replacement value of three packets of Rs 1.50 Lac approx. . But till date, the Company has neither arranged delivery of missing three packets nor has arranged payment of Value of goods inspite of regular SMS/PHONE CALL/E-MAIL to them. Now, No body is responding & taking care of the matter. This is not at all acceptable .-SENDER-ASOK NATH CHATTOPADHYAY, 4/6-C, Gopal Mishra Road, Behala, Kolkata-700034.
