Best Buy Complaints – Product Service

Description

I bought my laptop at Best Buy with the extra protection plan and the extra spyware protection program. All of this made the purchase up to a thousand dollars. Now that I have a computer virus, I’m being told by the store that all of the protection and product coverage doesn’t cover the charge to clean away the virus and I’m now I’m being charged an extra hundred dollars. I feel like I’m being ripped off by Best Buy. They only care about getting money while giving limited services or coverage that is very limited. I’m getting another laptop for my son, but I won’t buy it at Best Buy!!
