Hello,
I have purchased furniture from Big Bazar-pune-Kothrud branch.
I am really frustrated because of the service big bazar is providing. I have purchased these things from big bazar;

2 three seater sofa
2 single seater sofa
1 king bed + 1 side table
1 center table

I have called big bazar many times to fix the lazer fitting of center table but they only giving me reason like;
1. They are busy because of 15th aug season then ganpati season
2. They don’t have laser fitting available

Now, it’s almost 2 months i have logged a complaint and they are not replying. I am wasting my money to call them many times and every time new person is picking up the phone.

Same happened with Sofa, sofa’s legs are broken and that is not is use and for the second sofa something is broken in the middle of the sofa.

This is really not a good service and i don’t know how they are dealing with other costumers.

Please take some disciplinary action so that my issues get resolved.
