Cell C Complaints – Breach of Contract!
Description
I have sent two e-mails to Cell C & made numerous phone calls. NOT ONE person seems to know what I am talking about! I have e-mailed the following to HelloPeter: “Cell C Direct Promotions contacted me on 12-Aug-11 offering me a BB 9300 on Casual Chat 100 with a free 3g datastick &120 sms’s free. This was offered to me by Munieb Hassien&the offer was repeated to me by the manager, Fabian. The next day I was told that there was a mistake. There was no free 3g but the 120 sms’s still apply for 24month contract@R169p/m.I was a not impressed, but still accepted the offer. After receiving the handset&signing, I have discovered that there is no record of the 120 free sms’s offered to me by this department.I have been trying to resolve this since 26-Aug-11&been given the run around with absolutely no feedback. When I call 084145, I am constently told by the agent that I have chosen the wrg option&advised to phn back & choose another option(either1, 2, 9…) And this had gone on over 5 phn calls made within 30minutes today!I am so frustrated!I have been told by Mesetja that this offer was not made by Cell C Direct! These calls are recorded??I then contacted 0218121700 which was the no.given to me by Munieb. It disconnects after a few secs!I want to cancel this contract due to a breech, miscommunication&misrepresentation&I am NOT paying any additional chg’s!!! ” I am willing to hire an attorney and pay the legal fees just so that Cell C will NEVER e able to do this to someone else again. If there are any lawyers out there that can help me, please contact me. 0828707974
