Dear Sir,

I have book ticket for my sister-in-law from Chiangmai to Singapore(one way only)via reservation#A84W5D departure on 15 Feb 2011.
The Check-in counter staff at Chiangmai Airport told her that she has to buy return ticket before allow her to check-in. I decided to make a called to the Airasia Staff from Singapore and ask her why can’t we book only one way ticket. I even told her there will be no problem when she came to Singapore immigration and i have no choice to buy Return Ticket on 5 May 2011.

Airasia Staff told me that Air Ticket have to change booking date on 14 Mar 2011(30days only) and was ask her to pay amendment fee of 980THB.

I have done the Extension of her Visa and Approved by ICA till 15 May 2011.
what happen to my Air Ticket on the 14 Mar 2011 ?
