I bought a second hand computer, 6 moths ago, the electricity hook was lose and i let them know, but I took it anyways, i have to move the cord in order to charge the computer, i complained several time about it and i was been told than they will fixed . My computer screen broke, I took it to the place again for the screen to be replace and the, he charge me $150 but then when the computer was ready he change his mind and charge me $160.00, my computer cord still was not fixed, in replace they add a tape on the cord, i keep complaining about it, and suddenly the computer stop charging and didn’t functioned anymore, I took it to the company again and explain then over and over again, I did have less than a moth with the computer and per policies you receive 3 month of guarantee your computer has to be replace for the same one or they give you your money back.

It has been up to 5 moth since they received my computer, and every time than i show up to get it, I receive excuses such as is not ready yet, or they are in vacation.

I have an argument with one of the employees and they were rude to me, I told them that if they weren’t able to fixed to give me my money back which they refuse, my computer is a VIO from Sony company. They wanted to replacing it for a DELL which I refuse because is not the same model and the same year of the one that I bought.
