I just found out that my tenants have had a satellite dish from Direct TV installed on my house, without my permission. I called Direct TV today to tell them that they needed to come by and take the dish down. They told me that they had a signed document from the tenants stating that THEY were the property owners, so there was nothing that they could do about the matter. Nice to see that this company is so trusting that ANYBODY can sign a legal document claiming ownership of a property and they do NOTHING to check and verify this! Now I am stuck with the cost of removing the dish from the house, and the repairs from where they drilled into my roof, and I’m stuck with a satellite dish that I have no need for!
