This is not fair that only new customers get the sunday ticket included for free if they sing up with direct tv. there are a lot of loyal customers that have had the sunday ticket for years and now they decide to included it for free to new customers. direct tv says they lead in customer service, more like they lead in over charging customers that have been with them for years. my bill with the Sunday ticket included is over 180.00 a month. its time that direct tv starts to really reward thier loyal customers. they think that offering free HBO cinamax ect. free for three months is enough.( they charge you and then they credit it back) its a trap, cause if you dont call back at the end of three months they will charge you at full price. i think direct tv should really take care of their loyal customers by making tv affordable…
