We’ve had many problems with our orders not being correct and the food being made poorly. Usually the manager will correct the problems. Tonight we paid $28.50 for 8 pieces of bread with some cheese on it when we ordered sandwiches. When we called to make the order we specifically asked the lady if she could make sure our order was correct and right. She said she would oversee it. The sandwiches were not made right they were all 4 lacking meat. There was none! When we called back to speak with the manager we were handed off to the gen manager and she was rude and told us she wasn’t the head manager. My husband talked to the head manager and she said she watched the worker make our food and they had the right amount of ingredients on them that there was nothing she was going to do about it. My husband and i were both offended and appalled at what she said and that she even let those sandwiches leave her store looking like that, not to mention both of their attitudes towards both my husband and myself.
