FTD practices false advertising and uses below par florists to complete their orders. I ordered a specific arrangement knowing that there might be substitutions. However, a good florist would only substitute using other flowers and vases that would still give the overall effect of the arrangement selected. They did not and then in less than 6 hours reduced the price of the arrangement I had selected. They were only willing to deliver a new arrangement the next day will the embarrassment of picking up the first arrangement. They only offered a discount when I saw the price reduction. I didn’t check reviews online first. If I had I would not have used them. Don’t make the same mistake. Call a local florist in the area where you want the flowers delivered! You’ll be better off.
