I tried selling my RuneScape account to gamewar 1week and 3 days ago. My status for 1 week was processing, just recently has it changed to Needs More Verification which means that an agent will soon (soon means for them 2 weeks probably) log on to your account and verify the detail which you have given them.

About once every hour I check if there live chat is up, and believe me it never is.
I have sent multiple emails both good and negative ones about there service, but they can’t even be bothered to reply.
I really think that the Chinese people are better than thes Americans support wise, because the Chinese have good customer support and they treat you properly. I thought that because they were Americans they would have better communication. But they don’t.

In my opinion I don’t actually think they’re a scam, I think they are just absurdly slow at doing things.

Maybe they can’t afford to hire as much people as the Chinese, we all know how the Chinese buy workers at like $0.10 an hour. But even so you should have at least one person at Live Chat and and another at email 24/7. I don’t really care how long it is to get a reply, unless its more than 2 days. I just want a reply, right?

I know it’s the credit crunch and everything but the customer service should be the no.1 priority. I think that the only reason that they’re getting customers is because they offer such high prices, so the customer don’t want to let go.
If they offered the usual price I would of went to another company ages ago. The last time I sold an account was at farmer100.com by the way.

The only thing I can do now is wait and hope that gamewar will send me my money and improve there service.
