45+ days after ordering and charging my credit card over $3, 000, I still have not received the dining room set that was ordered. The only thing I have received is numerous excuses. I was told that the order normally ships from the factory 10-14 days after the order was placed. After 14 days passed, they blamed the holidays. After 30 days, they blamed the weather. Now, after 45 days they say the delivery company that is handling the delivery is moving and they cannot make contact with them. Yes, this is actually what they told me yesterday and they said they would have their “traffic director” call me today, which never happened. What reputable company actually does business like this? It seems all I get is the runaround from this company, nothing but a bunch of excuses. Buyer beware.
