Harper’s Bazaar Complaints & Reviews – Did not receive any of my magazines

Description
I started my subcription on march 12 2011 and I haven’t received any issues of your magazine. The website doesn’t have an e-mail or phone number to submit complaints, and self-service options of the website do not allow me to specify what my problem is. The interesting thing is that |I just received a renewal notice letter but not a single magazine! My account number is: 1026273001 . It feels like Harper’s Magazine does not provide customers with a way to submit their problems. I am hoping to get my money back or at least start receiving the magazines I paid for!
