Description

I was in the Wytheville Va store and bought several pairs of tennis shoes…I live 60 miles round trip from Wytheville. I thought it would be a lot closer to go to Mercer Mall and exchange one pr for a larger pair. I was unable to do so. The blonde head coach informed me they had been worn and it would be better to take them back to Wytheville. I did not argue with her explained they were not worn only tried on. She still stated they had been worn. I took them to Wytheville and had no problem. The head coach there said they were not worn and she did not see the problem. I am very dissapointed and do not think I will ever go back to Hibbett. I could and did buy more merchandise in Wytheville because they were so nice and helpful…Thank u Mercer Mall Store Head Coach for nothing…
