Home Depot Complaints – Installation of French Doors
Description
I purchased french doors that were installed by a subcontractdd installer October 2010. These doors from day one were installed incorrectly. The doors sagged and the the were misaligned. I called Home Depot to have the installer back out to readjust the doors to were he could not fix the problem permenantly. This was in April. In July Home Depot sent someone out to take pictures for the manufacturer. After sveeral attempts to try to speak to either Al the store manager Charkes the District manager, either one does not want to call me back and no one wants to give me a regionals phone number to file a complaint. I spent over $3000 on damaged doors and NO ONE at Home Depot wants to help!!!
That is just bad business!!! I will continue to try to reach some one who is willing to help.
If anyone can provide me a phone number or name that I can contact, that would be much appreciated.
