Description

This program is a scam. We gave them $1650 for the first mortgage and $595 for the line of credit on our home. They were supposed to get the loan balance down to the price the home is actually worth now. We’ve been waiting almost a year. They don’t take our calls. They don’t reply to emails. Don’t give them any money. I wish we would’ve know this before we gave them $2245. I think if anything was going to be done, it should’ve been done months ago. Our bank has heard of them. They haven’t contacted them regarding our loan though. They even felt bad we were scammed. The additional paperwork they sent to us was our signing over the house to them. Not only is that illegal, it’s unethical. The bank owns the house. They wanted us to pay rent to them for up to five years. None of this was explained to us. It was bait and switch. If anyone knows who we can file a complaint with, please let us know.
