I was on line when a pop-up come up about a CD to start your own website. It was for $2.95 with free shipping.I authorized a $2.97 for a CD that I never received. When I got my credit card statement there was a charge of $149.95 from ICM. When my credit card company contacted them about the charge, they sent them paper work stating that I had 3 days to cancel and they refused to refund the money. I never saw anything on the pop-up about joining this company let alone the 3 day cancellation. I just order a CD that I never received. When I called the company they basically told me that I was a idiot. I knew at that point that this was a scam.I am still fighting this case and will continue to do so.
