Gerald, the owner of the company, promised us everything would be taken care of if there was ever an issue. Well, we’ve had the windows installed for over a year now and there was a hole in one of the screens they put in. We contacted them about it multiple times throughout the year and it still hasn’t been replaced. So they lied about the warranty. Actually, we don’t think there’s a warranty because that is the other issue we have had with them. They promised us a hard copy of the warranty proving they would cover any issues we might have with the windows. We still have yet to get that. The thing that worries me is the screen is a pretty small issue and if they ignore that, what are they going to do when a bigger issue arises like an actual window getting broken? Anyways, I am pretty dissatisfied with their dishonesty and the way they have been ignoring our issues, instead of fixing them. Beware of going with these guys if you’re worried about honesty and integrity.
