I just want to put up a BUYER BEWARE for Main St. Appliance in Stroudsburg PA. I recently purchased a washer and dryer from them and now 45 days later still waiting for my refund. When the item was delivered by Joe he stated how unhappy I would be with the product and I should return it right away.

The next day we tried to return it only to find out it was Shane‘s day off so we waited another day. To be honest I have no idea if this is some kind of scam Shane and Joe have thought up to make more money by charging a restocking fee on big ticket items. So to return this item that one of the Main St. Appliance employee told me to do is costing me close to 200.00. I have contact the BBB about the situation. Shane has personally made it a mission not to refund my money.
