McDonald’s Complaints – Poor Service and Food Quality

I would like to bring to your attention that, one McDonald’s branch in Las PiƱas I should have a terrible customer service and low food quality as well. This morning, I went to the said store from work and would like to eat some breakfast before going home. I gave my order: Value meal #15; 2pcs. hotcake with sausage with an upgrade iced mocha for the drinks.
Apparently, I waited for more than 15 minutes for the iced mocha to be served and I even called the ‘Barrista’s’ attention that I already waited that long.
But the answer of the ‘barrista’ was:
“Dapat po kasi kini-claim dito eh.”
So it’s still the responsibility of the customer to wait and claim the desired order in the McCafe section??? Isn’t it that the orders are being flashed in the LCD tv in that section of the store?
Which for me was totally unacceptable!
Another thing, when I checked on the hotcake, it was not well done… It looked so pale. My very question is:
How should the hotcake be done?
This made me more aggreviated and frustrated and just decided to leave the store.
I’m sending this, because if the service and food quality was not good and will not improve, definitely, you will have more frustrated customers and the worst thing would be to lose the business at the end of the day.
I hope that this complaint would be a lesson that we should learn from and should not happen again.
