This company is horrible – plain and simple. The most disorganized unprofessional mortgage group I have ever dealt with. The company assumed my loan from Amtrust about a year ago and I believe they are attempting to steal my homeowners escow funds! It took nationstar a year to change or request a change on the homeowners policy, something that should happen automatically and imediately. A year later they they tell me I have no homeowners insurance – the claim is they dont know what insurance company to pay – yet two months ago there was a deduction from my escrow statement for homeowners. When asked what happened the the payment, where did it go? – they say what payment. now they want me to purchase their policy for four times the amount that covers last year.
