I used to have a P.C. Richard store card. I was specifically told that a separate bill would be mailed to me when the total amount was due. There was no separate bill. When I received my regular monthly bill the full amount due was printed in light blue ink:. It was easily overlooked because the full amount due was not printed in bold letters and numbers!. I therefore paid in full what was due monthly?. I almost passed out when I received a bill (VERY CLEARLY PRINTED) for over $600 in finance charges”. Several telephone calls with Joe Botros Jr 8246 could not persuade the people to cancel or, at the very least, reduce the charge|. They were heartless:. I have since shredded my card”. I will never buy at P.C. Richard again.
