My complaint is eerily similar to Sandra1987′s recent complaint. I too purchased a puppy from Justin Sullivan and did in fact purchase the “PAWS” warranty, which was represented to me as a puppy health insurance. The cute little Shih Tzu puppy I purchased for our family for Christmas became ill only days after bringing her home – diagnosis Coccidia & Giardia parasites & Parvo! Almost $3, 000 in vet bills later, my wife and I were just awakened, at 3am this morning, by a call from the Pet Hospital to inform us that “Piper” has passed away. We now face the daunting task of breaking the news on Christmas eve, to our three adoring children, that the puppy that they have been wishing for for years is gone, only 8 short days after her bringing her home! Shame on you Justin Sullivan! You have denied any wrong doing or knowledge of having sold sick puppies but you will be hearing from our lawyer!
