Dear Sir,

I have travelled on the 10th of October, 2011 to Shanghai through Egypt Air code shair to Dubai with airflight number 912, then i took the flight from Dubai to Singapore on Singapore airlines flight no. SQ495, then to Shangahai flight no. SQ830.
My ticket no. 6182987450153 issued through Astra Travel.

My flight arrived at 4:00 pm where i took my bags and left the airport. When i arrived my hotel in Janging, i discovered that one of the bags the baglock have been taken and there is damage in the bag. i opened the bag and i found myself missing some items including a sealed perfume for TOM Ford black archade. the total cost of what i lost + the damage in my bag is within the cost of 350 usd.

I am a regular customer for Singapore airlines and this never happened to me on your airlines or on any other airlines.

Please let me know what is the procedures to file the claim for my lost and damaged items for a refund and investigation. Also please find attached for some of the photos for the damage i had on my bag.

I am sure that your company will not accept such an attitude to a customer.

I will be heading back from Shanghai around the end of the month back to cairo passing through Singapore and maybe to Australia as well through Singapore airlines but there must be a guarantee that this accident will not be repeated on a respectable airlines like yours.

I will be waiting for your reply which i am sure that an action regarding my complain and accident will be taken place.
