UPS Freight Complaints & Reviews – Double billing on frieght shipment and they won’t correct it.

I sent a shipment from Point A to Point B. I quoted a price from Point A to Point B. The shipment was picked from Point A sent to the local terminal and forwarded to the destination Point B. However, when I got the bill I was charged for two legs. For the first was from Point A to the terminal and then another charge from the terminal to Point B and not simply from Point A to Point B. This cost me an additional $650 so I was double billed and they said it was a problem in the system and since I didn’t contact them within 30 days I am liable for the payment. I ship about 75 pallets per year and I will never us UPS freight again. The customer service is lacking the local salesperson is clueless about the reality how small business operate.
