Description
My name is Rishab Jain and my mobile no is 9076857062(Mumbai Circle).
i took new videocon sim card on july 2010 till january 2011 al was going fine but after that videoncon one showed their worst face to cheat customers.
I did a recharge of 17rs through voucher on 23-march-2011 on 23rd it was charging me as .25p/call only on 23rd from the day 24th march its charging me .50p/call i registered complaint regarding that the backend superb team told that its charging properly and after sometime they saying the recharge you did was not succesfull do it again then you will get the benefits i again did on 7th april 2011 before my validity expires even though i am charging .50p/call i know the conditon of 17rs recharge till date i have been charged as .50p/call even after giving so much complaint the solution i got is you are being charged properly by the great backend team why you hire such useless employees dont know my complaint no.s are 54343530, 53676250, 53675691, 53530253, 53490343(Nodal Officer), 53489377. is this only the customer who has to bear for the same. why mobile company cheat customers. Even after they not refunding my balance for the same..
