We sat in on a seminar to join a vacation club. My husband and I choose not to purchase into this club. However, we were awarded a trip on a cruiseline and 2 free plane tickets for sitting in on the seminar. In order to receive these products we were instructed to send 2 cashier checks by a certain date. One was for $99.00 for the cruise and the other one was for $75.00 for the 2 plane tickets. I sent both of these checks in and then i received another paper telling me we had to use these vouchers within a short time frame or we could cancel and receive our money back. Well, there was no way we could use these vouchers by those dates so we decided to just cancel everything. I followed the instructions on how to cancel and as of today have not received my money back or any other correspondence. I have tried to call the company but they dont answer their phones. I left messages and they have not been returned. I have copies of everything in my possession. Please guide me as to how we can get our money back.
