I went to purchase a vehicle at Lexus West Kendall. We negotiate the vehicle price and trade in price. While in the financing depart. I was asking to sign two contracts. I went ahead and sign the actual contract which was all filled out. I was asking to sign another blank contract. I question it? They claim that it was in case they could get me a better deal I did not have to come back and sign the contract again. I believe this is a FRAUD! I believe that they will fill out the blank contract with different numbers and destroy the original. Because they did not give me any copy. Once they did this I would be bind to this fraudulent dealer should be investigated for Fraud business. At the end I requested the contact be voided. They refuse to void it immediately I had to force them to void the contract. Due to that they were selling me a vehicle that had 16, 000 miles but the tires where all worn out? Are the miles also original? Or where they back up? Also there was only one set of Key. And they would not provide me with extra keys. Where were the other set of keys? But my main concern and complaint is the issue of the two contracts? How many customers have been scams with this 2 contacts or deal?
