Tony of wirtz is a manager of all drivers and driver helpers. He has no respect for any employes. He curses at them in front of everyone if he doesn’t like what they have done.

He doesn’t follow any of state lays of hours of service . He lets people work from 6am to 2am and come in at 6am the next day to drive. If you don’t you will be treated poorly. Worst than that is the way the day labors are treated. they come in at 5am and don’t get paid till the driver thy work with goes out. Even that doesn’t always happen. The day the loaders are late getting the trucks out the drivers get paid from the start time but they pay some day labors from the time the truck leaves which in some cases are at 12 pm. Then they have to work till everything is done That may be 1 2 or even 3 am. They don’t even tell t5hem till they get paid. If they complain they are told they are lucky they are getting that.

I can prove this by the drivers hours compared to the day labor. Its not that way for all just the ones they can get away with. None of them can do any thing about it or they cant come back. This is a union job but they bring in none union day laborers. Tony makes racist comments under his breath and people act like they don’t hear or laugh it off. If you are fired he tell the union to have you sign a paper stating you resign and they wont fight unemployment. After you do they act like that was never happen.
